I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its clean rooms and friendly staff who always went above and beyond to assist. The location is fantastic, being close to Patong Beach yet away from the noisy nightlife. However, the dining experience could use improvement, and I felt a bit uncomfortable with how the staff pushed for reviews during my stay.
